Registration can provide many benefits for both visitors and administrators.
- Registration allows you visitors to "Subscribe" to areas of your site.
- Track where your users are coming from.
- Your site needs to know who is visiting if you plan on offering any interaction with your visitors. If your visitors register you can prepare and present content specifically for them.
- Allow your members to communicate with one another via private messenger and email without exposing any email addresses to the public.
- Registration also allows you to assign specific users to any number of "Roles". These roles can be used to deliver content on your site or via email that only those users will receive. These roles will also allow you to grant "Edit" capabilities to certain areas of your site. Registered users can then submit content that once approved by the administrator will become part of your site.
