I have done everything exactly as it is shown in your tutorial to send a newsletter - they are very simple. I even send the email and it says it sent successfully - however, no emails are ever received???

The first question is probably the most obvious, can the site send emails in general, password reminders etc?

I was able to figure out how to set up smtp on the dotnetnuke site. I hit "Test" and the message comes from the correct user and domain address. Then I go to the newsletter and send a newsletter and the email comes through, but it is from
(a temp url that I use to have on the site). I can't find any reference to the temporary URL or the admin@ user account...how do I fix that?
Thanks!

Edit the administrator account profile to reflect the correct email address. That is the account the Newsletter is being "sent" from.

Great! I found it and I know that will fix it. It is going to take a little time for the change to take place I think, so I will try again later.
